Content Policy

Effective: August 4, 2026

imgg.ai is a safe-for-work, predefined photo-style conversion service. This policy applies to uploaded images, generated outputs, account activity, and attempts to use or bypass the Service.

Zero-Tolerance Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to request, upload, generate, edit, distribute, sell, or facilitate:

Adult and Pornographic Content

  • Pornography, explicit sexual activity, erotic content, sexualized nudity, fetish content, or any other adult or not-safe-for-work ("NSFW") content intended for sexual gratification.
  • Requests to make a person nude, remove clothing for sexual purposes, emphasize intimate body parts, or create sexualized variants of an image.

Child Sexual Abuse and Content Involving Minors

  • Child sexual abuse material ("CSAM"), including real, photographic, edited, morphed, illustrated, fictional, or AI-generated material.
  • Any sexual, sexualized, suggestive, exploitative, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate depiction of a person under 18, someone presented as under 18, or an age-ambiguous young-looking person.
  • Attempts to transform an otherwise benign image of a minor into sexual or intimate content.

Ordinary, non-sexual family photos and childhood photos are not prohibited solely because a minor appears in them. The adult account holder must be the parent, legal guardian, owner, or otherwise authorized to process the image, and all consent, privacy, and safety requirements continue to apply.

Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery

  • Non-consensual intimate imagery ("NCII"), revenge pornography, leaked intimate material, sexual deepfakes, or sexualized impersonation.
  • "Nudify," "undress," clothing-removal, face-swap, or body-editing requests that create or imply intimate content without the depicted person's explicit consent.

Other Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Upload material you do not have the right or permission to process.
  • Violate privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other legal rights.
  • Use the Service for illegal exploitation, trafficking, coercion, harassment, impersonation, or fraud.
  • Probe, evade, disable, or circumvent content moderation, account restrictions, or technical safeguards.

Technical Enforcement

We apply layered automated and account-level controls:

  • The Service does not accept free-form text-to-image prompts or user-written editing instructions. Users can only select from approved server-side style templates.
  • Every style template includes non-overridable instructions to preserve age, clothing, body coverage, pose, and identity and to prohibit nudity, sexualization, intimate exposure, exploitation, and clothing removal.
  • Uploaded source images are screened before they reach the generation model.
  • The generation model's built-in moderation remains enabled.
  • Generated images are screened again before they are returned or made available for download.
  • Content classified as sexual is blocked regardless of the depicted person's age. We do not rely on automated age or relationship detection.
  • Required safety checks fail closed: if they are unavailable, the request is stopped rather than allowed through.
  • Repeated violations may trigger temporary restrictions, suspension, or termination.

Automated systems can make mistakes. Their use does not reduce your responsibility to comply with this policy.

No Distribution or Adult Marketplace

The Service does not provide an adult-content marketplace, public user gallery, or public distribution channel for prohibited material. Purchasing credits does not authorize prohibited generation.

Reporting

Report suspected CSAM, NCII, sexual exploitation, or other violations to abuse@imgg.ai. Include only the information needed to locate the account or request. Do not email or re-upload illegal imagery.
