Privacy Policy

Last Updated: August 4, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how imgg.ai ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use https://imgg.ai and its predefined photo-style conversion service.

1. Information We Process

Depending on how you use the Service, we may process:

  • Account information, such as your name, email address, profile image, and authentication identifiers.
  • Billing and transaction metadata. Complete payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by us.
  • Uploaded images and generated outputs needed to provide the selected predefined style conversion.
  • Technical and usage data, such as IP address, device and browser information, timestamps, requested features, and diagnostic events.
  • Content-safety and authorization metadata, such as account ID, route, policy version, whether a request was blocked, the applicable policy category, moderation request ID, and time of the event. We do not intentionally store image bytes in the safety event log.

2. How We Use Information

We process information to:

  • Authenticate adult account holders and provide requested predefined image-to-image style conversions.
  • Manage credits, purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and customer support.
  • Confirm upload authorization and screen uploaded source images and generated outputs for prohibited content.
  • Detect abuse, enforce our Content Policy, secure the Service, and investigate incidents.
  • Monitor reliability, diagnose errors, comply with legal obligations, and protect our rights and the rights of others.

3. AI and Safety Providers

Images and fixed server-side style instructions may be transmitted to service providers that process them on our behalf:

  • Replicate and its underlying model providers screen uploaded and generated images using the configured NSFW image-classification model and process approved images with the configured image-to-image generation model. The generation model's built-in moderation remains enabled.
  • Supabase supports account, application, and content-safety event data.
  • Stripe processes payments and related fraud and compliance data.
  • Hosting, security, email, and analytics providers may process limited technical data needed to operate the Service.

These providers process information under their own terms and data-protection commitments. Do not submit material you are not authorized to send to these providers.

4. Image Handling and Retention

Images are held in application memory only while the authenticated request is validated, screened, processed, and returned. Browser preview and result URLs are local to the user's browser session. Our application does not intentionally persist uploaded source images or generated image files, and it does not provide a public user-image gallery or public sharing route.

We do not operate a public user-image gallery or adult-content marketplace. AI and infrastructure providers may retain request data for periods described in their applicable terms. Account, transaction, security, and safety-event metadata may be retained as reasonably necessary for the Service, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and enforcement.

5. Sharing and Disclosure

We disclose information to the providers described above only as needed to operate and protect the Service. We may also disclose information:

  • At your direction or with your consent.
  • In connection with a corporate transaction, subject to appropriate protections.
  • To comply with applicable law, legal process, or valid government requests.
  • To protect users, victims, the public, our payment partners, or the Service from fraud, abuse, exploitation, or other harm.

We do not sell personal information for money or share prompts and images with third parties for their independent advertising.

6. International Processing

We and our providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we rely on contractual and other lawful safeguards for international transfers.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including authentication, access controls, file validation, safety screening, and restricted server-side records. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of certain personal information, or object to certain processing. Contact contact@imgg.ai to submit a request. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where legally permitted or required.

9. Adults Only

The Service is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly allow children to create accounts. If you believe a child has provided account information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, providers, safety controls, or legal obligations. We will post the updated policy and effective date on this page.

11. Contact and Safety Reports

Privacy questions may be sent to contact@imgg.ai. Reports involving CSAM, NCII, sexual exploitation, or other prohibited content should be sent to abuse@imgg.ai.
