Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of imgg.ai, including its predefined AI image-to-image style conversions and related account, credit, and support services (the "Service"). The Service does not offer free-form text-to-image generation or user-written image-editing instructions. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Content Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. You may not use the Service if doing so would violate applicable law.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the security of your account, and all activity performed through it. Notify us promptly at abuse@imgg.ai if you believe your account has been compromised or used to violate these Terms.

3. Service and Credits

The Service uses third-party artificial intelligence and safety providers to process uploaded images with predefined server-side style instructions. Results may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or unavailable. Credits represent a limited right to request eligible processing; they are not money, stored value, or transferable property. Prices, credit costs, supported models, and features may change.

When a request fails after credits are consumed, the Service may automatically return those credits. A blocked request does not create a right to receive prohibited content.

4. Your Content

You retain any rights you hold in images and other material you submit ("User Content"). You grant us a limited license to transmit, reproduce, and process User Content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service and to comply with law.

You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions for User Content, including permission from identifiable people where required. You must not upload confidential material or images of another person when you lack authority to process them.

5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You must comply with our Content Policy. You may not use the Service to request, upload, generate, edit, distribute, sell, or facilitate:

Pornography, explicit sexual activity, erotic content, sexualized nudity, fetish content, or any other adult or not-safe-for-work ("NSFW") content intended for sexual gratification.
Child sexual abuse material ("CSAM") or any sexual, sexualized, suggestive, exploitative, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate content involving a person under 18 or someone presented as under 18. This prohibition applies to real, fictional, illustrated, edited, and AI-generated content.
Non-consensual intimate imagery ("NCII"), including revenge pornography, sexual deepfakes, nudification, "undress" edits, or sexualized depictions of a real person without their explicit consent.
Content or activity that is illegal, infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights, impersonates or deceives others, exploits people, or attempts to bypass our safety controls.

The Service is not an adult-content platform, marketplace, hosting service, or distribution channel.

Ordinary, non-sexual family and childhood photos are not prohibited solely because a minor appears in them. The adult account holder must be the parent, legal guardian, owner, or otherwise authorized to process the image, and all consent, privacy, and safety requirements continue to apply.

6. Safety Enforcement

We automatically review uploaded source images before generation and generated outputs before they are returned. We may reject requests, withhold outputs, restrict generation, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve limited enforcement records, and report conduct when required by applicable law.

You must not probe, evade, disable, or interfere with moderation, authentication, access controls, rate limits, or other safeguards. Repeated or serious violations may result in immediate restriction or termination without a refund.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe or another disclosed payment provider. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize applicable charges. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, completed purchases are non-refundable. Subscriptions, when offered, renew until cancelled according to the terms presented at purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, software, branding, interface, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or to copy, reverse engineer, resell, or interfere with the Service except where applicable law prohibits such restrictions.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and accuracy. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on, publishing, or commercially using them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunity arising from the Service.

10. Changes and Termination

We may modify the Service or these Terms to reflect product, safety, legal, or operational changes. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, the Service, or our payment and infrastructure partners.
